TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A recently formed tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 300 miles southeast of the coast of Baja California. Meteorologists are anticipating that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is moving westward at a rate
